Longmeadow Insurance LLC uses SMS to provide personalized insurance consultations, quote updates, and policy reviews. As a local independent agency, we may send automated or manual messages to:
- Provide insurance quotes requested by the user.
- Share secure links (such as Canopy Connect) to collect necessary policy data.
- Coordinate property exterior inspections.
- Follow up on insurance-related inquiries.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your specific insurance needs and the status of your quote request. Typically, you can expect 2–4 messages during the initial quoting process.
3. Cost and Rates
Longmeadow Insurance LLC does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.
4. Opt-Out (Stop)
You may unsubscribe from our SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to [Your Twilio Number] to cancel. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
